O Brasil está se transformando na República dos grampos. Não sei se é fofoca, mas o que se espalha por ai é que está todo mundo grampeado. A Veja dessa semana disse que a ABIN, o novo SNI, grampeou Gilmar Mendes, presidente do STF. A grande prova de nossos dias é o grampo telefônico. Mas para grampear é necessário autorização judicial e parece que isso não está sendo observado. Estão utilizando o grampo a torto que é direito.
É mais ou menos as histórias contadas pela ficção científica das décadas de 60 e 70. O Estado todo-poderoso fiscalizando, grampeando, monitorando a individualidade dos viventes. Obras como Big Brother e filme com THX 1138 não são mais obras de ficção científica. Aquele contexto faz parte de um futuro que já é presente.
